The Wildkogel Arena provides the best proof that a mountain is not just a mountain. It extends over the National Park towns of Neukirchen am Großvenediger and Bramberg am Wildkogel and no matter how big our extra wishes for a holiday are - here they are all fulfilled. We find quiet moments in nature on alpine hikes, summit experiences, bike tours or exciting excursions such as to the "Valley of the Emeralds" with rangers in the National Park valleys, unforgettable adventures full of action and fun for both big and little in the Wildkogel high-altitude hiking area. And wild children are particularly popular here.

For example, you can go wild in the Kogel-Mogel adventure arena with a huge wooden playground at 2,100 metres or on the children's pastures on the Venedigerweg. You can shoot back down to the valley on mountain carts or on the slide path, both climate-friendly and with a real roller coaster feeling. And the best thing about this, is that's not all! The Wildkogel Active Program is so varied that every day promises a new experience and the perfect family holiday. The matching equipment such as child carriers and buggies can also be borrowed.

With the National Park Summer Card you can take the Wildkogel cable car for free! This all-inclusive card is available from 1st May to 31st October 2024 in Neukirchen and Bramberg at over 150 accommodation establishments. It entitles you to approx. 60 free admissions to sights, museums, natural spectacles, etc. and to use public transport.
