The Salzburg Alpine Pastures Trail is a 350 km extended hiking trail which runs from the Tennengebirge Mountains over the Tauern Mountains to the Dachstein. The hiking highlights include the Südwienerhütte und die Oberhütte on the Oberhütten Lake (with hut overnighter) and the Rossbrand panorama mountain with views of more than 150 alpine peaks.

You spend 3 nights in Radstadt and 1 night at the Südwienerhütte and 1 night at the Oberhütte. However, for the hut overnighter you don't have to carry your luggage with you as you can leave it in your booked accommodation for entire stay, free of charge.
